Strawberry Butter Cream Frosting |
Ingredients:
Strawberry Cake |
- 3 Cups of Powdered Sugar (confectioners)
- 1 Cup of Unsalted Butter (2 Sticks), softened
- 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons of Strawberry puree (get the recipe here)
- 2 Pinches of salt (to taste)
Directions: Cream together the sugar and butter with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes on medium. Add the Vanilla Extract and Strawberry puree and beat for another minute and a half. That's it, you're done! If the frosting is too runny slowly, add more powder sugar to thicken, or refrigerate for an hour.
